How often one member can be served here, counted over the last minute, hour, day or week across all of their cards. Over it, your till refuses the scan and shows the time the member can be served again. Overrides still work, and count.
Branches
Branches that are on share one count: a member served at any of them has used their allowance at all of them. A branch that is off keeps its own count.
Discounts per branch
The most discount scans a branch gives in a day or a month, all members together. While a branch is at its limit, its tills refuse discount scans. A scan still waiting for a member’s answer takes a place until it is approved, so a place can come free if that member says no or does not answer. The limit starts again at 00:00 Beirut time, the next day or on the 1st. Overrides still work, and count. Branches with no limit have no cap.
How members claim here
Card scan: your till scans the member's Z Card, as today. Counter screen: your till device stands on the counter and shows a code that changes every 30 seconds. The member scans it with the Z Connect app, the screen shows a claim number, you check the member's phone shows the same number, and tap Served. The card scan still works at a counter-screen branch. There is no printed code: a printed code can be photographed and used by anyone, and you would have nothing to check it against.
After switching a branch to the counter screen, reload the till page there to start it.
Scans
An override is your own staff recording that they served someone anyway — the card did not check out and they went ahead. A few a week is usually a flat phone or a camera that will not focus. A lot of them, at one branch, is worth asking about.
A scan waiting on the member had not been confirmed at the moment it was counted. Nobody was turned away and nothing was refused. Entrance scans always ask the member, so a door produces more of these than a till does — and some stay here simply because the till moved on before the member answered. If most of your scans sit here, tell The Z Connect rather than assuming members are ignoring it.
These are counts of people and of scans, never money. Your till applies the discount and we never see a bill, so there is no amount here to report.
Branches
| Branch | Members | Scans served | Waiting | Overrides | Refused |

Members counts people; every other column counts scans. One member showing their card on five visits is one member and five scans — and a member who was issued a replacement card mid-month is still one member.
Scan log

A member is named only on a scan where they were served: their name and member number, for 90 days. Refused scans, scans still waiting on the member and overrides are not named, except an override of a limit refusal. If you need a scan looked into, tell The Z Connect the time and the branch.

One row per scan in the range above, with Beirut times, the branch, the till and how it ended. A member served has a reference that stays the same across their visits, so you can count regulars, and their university. A university fewer than 3 members in the file share is written Other university. Names and member numbers appear only for members who allow it in their Z Connect settings.
This file is for your own analysis of Z Connect discounts at your business. Keep it private, do not share or sell it, do not use it to contact members, and delete it when you no longer need it. Every download is recorded.

Your listing
The Z Connect edits this. Ask them if any of it is wrong — a manager runs tills, not the listing.
